• 40% Premium 90/10 Ground Beef in convenient 1 lb packages  
• 35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, packages of stew meat, brisket
• 25% Steaks: Sirloin, Filets, New York Strips, Ribeye and one or two extras- Skirt, Flank, or Tri-Tip. 

Steaks: 40-50 lbs of top notch steaks including 20-30 NY Strips, 20-30 Ribeye, 12-16 Filet Mignons, 10-14 Sirloins, 
Ground Beef:175-200 lbs of the best Ground Beef you've ever had. Perfect for Burgers, Tacos, Meatloaf, you name it... Packed in convenient 1lb packages. This is our signature 90/10 Ground Beef blend.
Savory Cuts: 120-150 lbs of perfect cuts for the family or party time! Includes; 10-12 Roasts, 2 brisket, 15+ packages of stew meat/Kabob/fajita in convenient 1lb packages; 12-16 soup bones individually packaged; and a few of the following 'special cuts: Denver, OR Short Ribs

All cut counts are approximate, as each individual animal will vary slightly in size. 

How it works: The first step is to reserve your whole Beef today with a $2000 deposit. Next we will then select the healthiest & best finished steer in the herd to have our expert USDA butcher process your beef. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment approximately  ($4000). The estimate of $4000 is based on an average take home weight of 400 pounds. We will provide an invoice with the final amount when your beef has been processed and weighed, so you're only paying for the beef you are getting! Then we will ship it directly from our ranch to your door in up to 8 big boxes OR you can pick it up at the ranch in Newcastle. Your beef will arrive to you fully frozen and ready for your freezer!

Deposit: Your Whole Beef deposit is just $2000. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your final payment will be  approximately $4000 after your deposit is subtracted. 

Freezer Space: An whole Beef will require approximately 10 cubic ft. of space. It will require chest freezer needed.
